We partnered with CavFutures to successfully launch their new grant program, which brought together area non-profits and UVA student athletes.

Over $130,000 in grants were awarded in Year 1 to local Charlottesville nonprofit organizations.
The Cav Futures Foundation, in partnership with the Weinberg Family Foundation, are pleased to announce the Champions of the Community Program, which provides grant-funding directly to selected Charlottesville-area nonprofit organizations. This grant program connects UVA student athletes with local nonprofits to support and deepen the work of those organizations serve the Charlottesville community.
