CHALLENGE: We were brought on as the BRHBA "Agency of Record" for the Parade of Homes, an annual fall event. Each year there had been a decline in attendance, which could be attributed to many reasons. One of which was our belief that having individual outlets (TV, Newspapers, Magazines, Social Media posts, Digital Ads) each create their own ads created a lack of brand unity, which made it hard to the message to be noticed. Here is what we did for them, which - for the first time in several years - grew in-person attendence!
We created consistent content and messaging so the ads would be noticed from phones to magazines.

We added something "fun" to help change the message along the way to prevent ad fatigue and drive attendance.

We added video content using a BRHBA spokesperson. Kate added that personal element to the campaign!

We placed ads in: Newspaper, Magazine, Websites, and targeted ads, but no matter where they ran, the viewer developed brand and event awareness.

We ran a robust META Advertising (paid) campaign. These allowed us to showcase the videos across desktops and mobile devices, on Facebook and Instagram. This was a paid campaign, not an Organic Posting or Boosted Posts campaign. These campaigns will run over 13 different versions of the ads, built in real-time, across Facebook & Instagram, in Stories, Reels, Newsfeeds, on Mobile, Desktop, and Tablet.
