Internally, gathering all email contacts, reaching out to all of the internal company "influencers", networking on their social media sites as much as possible and generating interest and excitement from their core customers.

Finding NEW customers for your event! Getting the local area excited and primed for your event so they don't want to miss it!

OUT OF OUR HANDS:
Weather on day of event! Major world or local news that creates an environment where people don't want to go out. Negative press about the industry hosting the event.
