Q: Is this a sales event?
A: No! It is informational about digital advertising products. We believe the more people understand about digital advertising products the better decisions they can make for their specific needs. We are very knowledgeable on digital advertising and offer excellent digital advertising products, however, we are not selling packages at the seminars. If you are interested in meeting after the seminar or setting up another time, we would love to work with you for any or all of your advertising and marketing needs.
Q: Will we learn how to run sponsored posts on Facebook & Instagram and how to make reels & other content and post organically?
A: Organic Social Media management is a different category than the META Advertising we will cover. This seminar will go over new paid advertising options on the META platform that many are not aware of, but truly the only way to grow fast on this platform anymore. Organic and Paid are very different in how they use the META platform. There have been many, many changes every year so we think businesses should keep current. This is not about content creation although we will cover content, of course.
Q: Will we learn how to place ads on Google, Yelp, or any other platforms?
A: All of the display ads we talk about run on the Google Display Network, however, we will not get into the specifics of ad buying directly on any platform, or with any ad exchanges. That is a specific role of an IT person at any given company and it is not something we offer clients.
Q: Will we learn how to create content?
A: Not for these, however, every ad is full of content! So we discuss it during every seminar. We could do an entire seminar about content.... and maybe we will!

Seminar Host: Agency Owner, Anne Flinn
Anne Flinn will be the host of the January seminars. Anne's career spans across all areas of the marketing and advertising spectrum, but she sees herself as more of an entrepreneur than anything else! She's a self-taught photographer & drone operator, was a pioneer in the underwater video tourism industry in the Cayman Islands, and, built a souvenir line of products that was distributed to over 25 stores in the Cayman Islands for over 20 years. Anne also took on roles as a marketing director, director of digital sales, and more with large and small companies throughout the years. Anne is able to pull together knowledge and experience from a variety of business and life experiences to help clients of all sizes with their advertising, marketing, and business decisions. Anne launched the agency in 2020 in response to seeing media consumption and devices changing rapidly during the pandemic. She loves being ahead of the curve and wants to take you with her on this journey.

Frank Lavoie has recently come on to our team. A recent grad of Holy Cross, Frank brings a youthful energy and viewpoint on today's media that helps the team in many ways! Frank works to optimize digital campaigns, keeps an eye on metric reports, and is getting into sales. During our Fall Golf outing sponsorship with the Blue Ridge Home Builders Association tournament, Frank worked the table and challenged the teams on a closest-to-the-pin game. He's always up for learning and strategizing with our clients.
